Granting us user access is sufficient for downloading reports and opening cases. It is not required to provide us with access to the complete Amazon account.

No. OBVA Inc does not automate claim submission as this is against Amazon policies. We use case managers to file claims.

After signing up, a case manager will be assigned to handle your claims. Our claim engine will then review your data for the past 18 months and generate a list of claims that require filing. These claims will be filed with Amazon manually by our team. In case Amazon requests additional information for any of the claims, we will contact you to obtain the necessary details.

Our approach is strictly aligned with Amazon's guidelines. The claims are processed solely by the claim manager, who conducts extensive research and ensures that the claims contain all the necessary information required by Amazon.

You can either pay us on an hourly basis or as a percentage of the reimbursements received. We charge 25% on ONLY the reimbursements claimed by us for you. You will not pay for the reimbursements that Amazon credits to your account automatically.

We assign unique case IDs to every case we file, which enables us to track the reimbursements accurately for billing purposes. Rest assured that we will only charge you for the claims that we have filed and not for any other claims.
